christmas time

 i hope everyone had a wonderful christmas! i'm quite sad that it's all over now, but i had a lovely time spending it with all of my family. my house is full of christmas decorations, my mum is obsessed with buying them i think. it's nice though because it really gets me in to the christmas spirit, plus my house always smells like cinnamon! one thing my mum won't get rid of is the nativity scene, we've had it for as long as i can remember. when i was young, i would play with the figures and act out the nativity haha!

on christmas day we got up and opened our presents along to christmas music. i'm a very lucky girl and got some lovely things from my family! i got a few films, two with anna karina in, american psycho, pulp fiction and somewhere, grey's anatomy season 5, two books, less is more and fashion resource (which one of my tutors wrote!), a pug calendar, some other bits and bobs (gold marmite oh god yes!) and of course my michael kors watch!!

(my mum and three out of four aunties, as one is in mexico and my mum and i!)after christmas dinner, which was amazing as always, we went to chesterfield to visit my mum's side of the family. then i spent the evening at dan's and we opened each others presents and watched some films, well i did because he fell asleep through them! he was so pleased with the things i had got him, it was so nice to see his little face light up aaaaah :) and i got some gorgeous things from him, including chloe perfume, a dress and some shoes. i even have a couple of things coming my way in the post too!boxing day is our lazy day, we all slobbed until the afternoon when we went to visit my dads side of the family. we stayed until quite late playing board games and getting merry, except for me as i was driving! so yessss, i had a very lovely christmas and i hope you all got everything you wanted! x
