my striped clothing collection really is growing. whatever type of clothing, if it has stripes incorporated somewhere, chances are i'll love it. it's such an easy pattern to wear, without it seeming too clashy or crazy. i think my love for stripes also has something to do with my love of france!

a few months a go i purchased the striped turtleneck dress from american apparel whilst i was in the lakeside shopping centre. i fell in love with it instantly because i love turtlenecks as well as stripes, plus it was black! i don't ever wear bodycon dresses because i always feel too exposed and self concious about my body, but i don't mind it when i'm wearing this. the only thing i feel self concious about are my arms, as this dress is sleeveless, but cardigans and jackets can easily solve this problem for me!
another dress i got is this sun dress. dan was looking for a few extra things to get me for christmas, so i showed him a few items of clothing and one of them was this. he loved it and i am completely in love with it too! it's so cute and summery, plus it's the perfect fit and length for me! i can't wait for it to get warmer so i can wear this with bare legs, flats and a pair of cute sunglasses.
